Common questions
Is Recipaw a replacement for my vet?
No. Recipaw is for information only. Check with your vet before changing your dog's diet, and any time you have a question about their health.
Can I swap an ingredient?
Please don't. Each recipe is balanced as written, so a swap changes the nutrition. If your dog can't have an ingredient, pick a recipe without it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then Recipaw, then Cancel Subscription.
How do I restore my subscription on a new phone?
Sign in with the same email, open the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Account and tap Delete account at the bottom. This removes your data within 30 days.
